Education can transform how we cook, recycle, and shop. In every IMPASTIAMO class, our chefs share valuable tips and tricks to combat food waste at home, repurpose leftovers, and shop wisely. When we produce organic waste, we bring it to the nearest compost center. We use compostable cups and forks and partner with local shops to provide you with the freshest ingredients.
