Founded in the spring of 2020 by Silvia Carluccio, formerly with Live Nation Entertainment, IMPASTIAMO was born from a passion for blending food and music—a unique combination that’s woven into all of our cooking experiences.
Since our founding, we’ve hosted over 600 cooking classes featuring chefs from Milan, Los Angeles, San Francisco, New York, Costa Rica, Sicily, Tuscany, Spain, and India. Along the way, we’ve proudly supported more than thirty small businesses, including local restaurants, private chefs, and nonprofits, with our impact continuing to grow.
