INGREDIENTS

1/2 oz simple syrup*

1/2 oz freshly squeezed lemon juice
-
4 raspberries
-
1 egg white
-
ice
*To make simple syrup:

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup granulated sugar
PREPARATION
Step 1
Prepare the simple syrup: into a small pot add water and sugar, put on the stove at medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and let cool down.
Step 2
Muddle raspberries. Into a shaker add simple syrup, lemon juice, the muddled raspberries, the egg white and PiscoLogía Pisco. Shake all the ingredients. Open the shaker and add ice, then shake again.
Step 3
Pour the mix into a glass, add one raspberry to garnish.
