INGREDIENTS

3/4 oz freshly squeezed lime juice

1/2 oz simple syrup*

1 / 4 oz cucumber juice

half cup of ice
-
fresh mint to garish

*To make simple syrup:

1/2 cup hot water

1/2 cup granulated sugar
PREPARATION
Step 1
Prepare the simple syrup: into a small pot add water and sugar, put on the stove at medium heat. Stir until sugar dissolves and let cool down.
Step 2
Into the shaker add Yola Mezcal, simple syrup and cumber juice. Cut the limes and squeeze the juice into the shaker, add ice and shake.
Step 3
Pour the drink into a glass and garnish with fresh mint.
