EVENT DETAILS

The way you cook at home, what you purchase, and how you store your ingredients can have a massive impact on our planet. This Earth Day, five chefs from five different countries will share one common mission: fight food waste at home. Pick a class and learn sustainability tips and tricks from the world’s best. Get your ingredients ready and start the change.

We believe access to this cooking class should be free, for the greater cause. However, we encourage you to support our non-profit partners by purchasing the Donation ticket type. This class is made possible by our friends at Caffè Vergnano, and donations will benefit The Bee Conservancy, an organization focused on conserving bee populations.

INGREDIENTS LIST

Ingredients list will be available shortly. Ingredients kits are available for purchase, delivered to your door, in Los Angeles County only. First ten people to make a donation will receive a complimentary ingredients kit, with the main ingredients needed to make this recipe. Shipping and handling charges included in cost.
