What is the power of peaches?

Besides their taste, peaches also have lots of benefits. Aside from being nutrient-rich and loaded with antioxidants, they are also great for digestion. And in hot weather, who doesn’t crave a delicious peach?

This is a creative way to utilize all those peaches that don’t get eaten right away. Whether you want an easy breakfast, a midday snack, or a great pairing with ice cream, this peace bread recipe is sure to wow you.

What kind of peaches are best for peach bread?

Choosing a peach that is firm but ripe and has the flavor you want can be difficult–which is why we have a small list for you. For your next trip to the grocery store:

  • Freestone peaches: these pits are easy to remove, and these peaches are typically sweet.

  • Yellow peaches: for a balanced sweet-tart flavor.

  • White peaches: sweet and juicy!

Ensure that your peaches are ripe but not too soft for great texture in your baking adventure!
